Baking Slump

Ok I’m going to say it, I’m in a massive baking slump. The thing that makes it worse is I don’t know why? I shouldn’t be, I always enjoy making cakes and stepping into the kitchen to essentially de-stress but for two months now I have hardly baked anything. Except that is my monthly challenge,…

My sisters birthday cake

I wanted to talk to you a bit about one of my bakes. For week 4 of the challenge, I made Millionaire shortbread. I ended up using a mixture of recipes and therefore wanted to combine the two to help demonstrate how I got to the end result.
